Delete your CitizHub account
You can delete your CitizHub account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion removes:
- Your account (Google sign-in identity linked to CitizHub);
- Community posts and comments you authored, and images you uploaded;
- Your notification and chat history stored on our servers.
Applications you saved for tracking are stored only on your device — uninstalling the app removes them. Aggregated community statistics are anonymised with one-way hashing, contain no personal information, and cannot be linked back to you.

In the app — instant
Open CitizHub and go to Settings → Delete Account. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.

Without the app — request form
If you no longer have the app installed, submit a deletion request with the form below (or open it in a new tab). We process requests within 30 days.
